As stated here https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/channel_framework/understanding-the-channel-framework/administrative_interface/, I'm supposed to receive the return_url on the admin_ui of the integration manifestation. While adding the account from the Channels page, it hits the admin_ui but with empty body
