I am currently opening the zendesk top bar using popover show/hide.
But this is making our agents uncomfortable.
Agents want to open the window as a pop-up, but I wonder if it can be developed and changed.

Hi Jiyoung! If I'm understanding correctly, you're looking for our modal location. If that isn't what you're looking for, could you describe in more detail the solution you'd like?
Hi Greg, Thanks for the reply. Oh so does that mean that I can open the private apps I created on top bar as modal?
I checked the method in the docs, and tested it by opening it modal. Opening it modally disables the ticket window, so I guess I'll have to find another way. thank you for telling me how
