I've seen that it's possible to modify the Agents interface in Support, Sell and Chat products (with custom code or Apps). I am wondering if it's possible to do the same for Guide.
I want to customize my Guide Agents interface but I cannot find anything about that in Zendesk's support.
How can I access the Guide Agent interface's code? Has anyone tried and succeeded?
Hi Mathilde! A long time ago in Zendesk, we did allow for custom CSS in the agent interface in our Support product, however that option no longer exists. What you can do it build an app (in a variety of locations) within the agent interface, but it can't actually modify the UI at all.
With respect to an app within Guide, that is something that is in our pipeline! At this point, I don't know if it will allow controls to the level that you're looking for. You can subscribe to this section which is where we post all of our product announcements!
