How to test application integration with my Zendesk environment ?

Hello,

We are currently developping an app that will be integrated with our Zendesk environment (Support and Guide).

Obviously, we don't want to test it in our production environment.
What would you recommend ? 
Use the sandbox environment ?

PS: we have an Entreprise Plan

    Yes, the sandbox environment would be the best place to test any changes without having any negative effects in your customer-facing instance. Here's a link which goes in to more detail on how to set up and test in the sandbox environment:
