My application has a feature to pin some comments and side conversations for better attention in the ticket sidebar. Still, it seems like there is no way to navigate to a specific side conversation from a sidebar application (like when you click on one of them in the comments section then the right panel will show the conversation). Does anyone have any suggestions?
Your best option would be to use invoke to open the ticket in a new tab within Zendesk. As for the other channels available in the tool, it’s a bit more complex since ZAF doesn’t connect to anything within the right-hand sidebar. Unfortunately, this means your only alternative is to recreate the conversation details within your app.
