How to Enable Microphone Access in an Embedded Iframe

Hello,

I have integrated Zendesk with Blip Desk using a manifest file, and everything is working correctly so far. In the manifest file, I specify the url property to embed an iframe (the website URL) into Zendesk. The integration works as expected, but I’ve encountered an issue: the microphone in the iframe doesn’t work.

I would like to know:

  1. Is it possible to enable microphone access for an embedded iframe in Zendesk?
  2. If so, how can I configure this using the manifest file?

    Hi Gabriela, unfortunately since we don't natively support this third party integration we're limited on how we can help with this. What I can say is that since you're using an iframe with that URL pointing at Blip Desk, we wouldn't be able to interact directly with accessing their microphone. I recommend checking their community or help center for further support.
