SO I am able to set up a custom object, and its relationships to user.
I am able to create custom object records via integration.
How do i show agents the related custom records in Zendesk ?????
Am I expected to code that display ???

If you'd like to show the related custom objects in to agents your Zendesk instance, then you'd want to build a custom app to display these. This does entail creating a user interface for this as well. I'd suggest taking a look at our documentation for building a Zendesk app to start familiarizing yourself with the tools.
