Error submitting app update for Zendesk Marketplace

I'm having trouble updating an app on the Zendesk Marketplace. When I press the submission button, I get the error message: "Error submitting form, please try again."

 

I've double-checked everything and tried multiple times, but the error persists.

Could you assist me in figuring out what's causing this?

Hi Kateryna! I reached out to the team that handles our Marketplace and they informed me that this could occur for a variety of reasons. I'm going to create a private ticket for you and ask for some information to expedite things for them. You'll hear from me shortly!
