Composer Editor APIs -- Adding draft messages via API

Hello,

Wondering if there is an API allowing to add/update message drafts in the Message Composer editor?  The Comments API posts a text as a public reply or private (internal note). However, before posting, the goal is to add/insert text into the editor for review by the agent.

Is there such an API, or ZAF client may support it?

    Hey there,

    There aren't currently API endpoints available to add or update message drafts. That said, our team have noted this feedback and will be looking in to adding API functionality in future as we explore improvements to draft mode.
