Change pull requests frequency in channel framework

Hi there,

Is there any way we can change pull request frequency while using channel framework, so we can set an arbitrary interval for Zendesk to perform these requests? I would like to change from every 2 minutes (default) for something like 3h-basis.

    Hi Bruno! The timing for the pull requests is not alterable and will always be called every two minutes.
