We use function to update to tag for the conversation which happens through bot. These tag field are not getting updated correctly. Could you please provide solution for this. We also tried raising ticket to support team, but they redirected us here.

Hi Vaibhavi! Can you share some more details about how you are adding these tags? Please provide code snippets and any examples you have of this functionality not working. Could you also share the documentation that you are referencing so that we know which of our tools you're using?

We add some tags at the initial conversation.

And then depending on the conversation, or the topic which customer has asked to bot. We update tag each time we get any new information just to seperate the tickets via tags.
