Our integration uses the endpoint https://api.getbase.com/v2/calls to get a list of call details and stores the value found in recording_url for later use.
When attempting to download the recording via the URL mentioned above, we find that we're receiving a 401 Unauthorized and have been since c.a. 2023-12-16. Previously, visiting this URL would successfully download the recording without authentication being required.
Is this likely to be caused by a setting within the Zendesk Sell instance (e.g. for other Zendesk products, there is a setting that makes it so that users must be signed in to access attachments)? If not, are there any plans to introduce a method of downloading call recordings via the API to enable this use case again in the future?
Are voice recordings enabled in your account? And are you able to access those recordings in the UI?
