Is there a way we can access an audit log for changes made on Zendesk Sell? Right now I have no way of knowing:
- Who deleted a note or who edited a note, or when these events took place
- Deal stage change history, and who performed those actions
- Who deleted a deal and when
There seems to be a detailed audit log endpoint and feature available for Support but nothing for Sell.
Since everything is hard deleted, I have no way of monitoring the changes listed above, which is very important for me and also very frustrating that I need to try and create functions around this.
Are there any plans or workarounds to get an audit log for Zendesk Sell?
