Has anyone connected ZenDesk to Power BI? I have downloaded the app which comes with the basic report, however when I try to update the existing reports (adding in month and year to a line graph for example), it doesn't work. The data model is confusing and there are two tables which do not load so I have manually loaded these using Power Query. Anyone else had this problem?
