We have successfully implemented zendesk modal for our widget but the issue is this modal gets load sometime and sometime not. whenever it is not loading at that time i need to relaod whole app (i.e browser reload) then it works. Is it issue with session of zendesk. how can i resolve this issue?

Would you mind sharing the relevant code so I can look in to this further for you?
here then we passed in seperate JS, names as modal.js where we initialised it.
Here modal loads get loaded and work as needed. But some time need to reload whole zendesk site then this modal work.
Just to avoid any confusion, do you mean that the modal itself won't load/show?
Or that the content doesn't load, because the modalReady or drawData events don't get fired?
