Zendesk End user ticket creation restriction

Hi,

I have a scenario for which am not able to find any approach. Zendesk end user should not be able to create ticket via help center if feedback not provided on last closed ticket. Is this possible by any development?

Hi Shashank! I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible. Do you have any specific questions about this that we can help with?
