A couple of days ago we made a switch to a new Zendesk interface for chats and it seems that the response from the API is behaving really strange during the time of the switch and it resulted in missing chat engagement data for the period. What steps can be done here to retrieve the missing data, as the endpoint during the day when the switch happened returns random results ? Can we make a request to make an update on this data so we can retrieve it in the later period ?
The endpoint is
/api/v2/incremental/chats
