Hi,
I'v read in a post from august 2022 that you aren't able to use content-type application/json-patch+json straight out of the box with Zendesk, and that you suggested creating a middleware to send the webhook request to.
Is this still the case? And are you planning to fil this gap?

Hi Niklas! Yes, this is still the case, however I'm not sure if there is anything on that dev team's plate to investigate this. If you'd like for them to take a look at your request, I'd recommend making a formal feedback request in this forum and if there's any traction on it, you'll hear about it in there!
