We're unable to parse some webhooks from zendesk (for `conditional_ticket_events` events only) as the request body does not match its type. I believe it is supposed to be JSON but is incorrectly formatted. I do not even know the request body to try to debug since the parsing fails.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found resolution?
