I have a ticket from my client in Zendesk now i want to edit it or delete that ticket because the time is not correct there.
so Is there any API for that which we can use to achieve this.
Want to grab and edit a time log entry of a specific ticket.
Hi Noorulamin! Can you clarify what you mean by editing the time log? If you're asking if you can retroactively change the time for events that have occurred on tickets, the answer to this is no, you can not do that. If you're asking something else, please let me know!
