The voice comment object in the ticket audit log does not have all the information about calls that I'm looking for so I'm looking for ways to get more details about phone calls.
The incremental exports API seems much more interesting but it would fit our architecture much better if there was an API where we could get this level of detail about calls but then by a single call id. Is there perhaps an (undocumented) API like this or did I maybe miss it in the documentation?
