One of our vendors has asked to be able to pull a report of new ticket information daily for a specific program we service. They want custom fields and ticket comments to be included, Can I do this from the API? If so which one?

If you need ticket comments as well as custom fields, you'd be best to use the incremental ticket export endpoint. This endpoint was designed with these type of daily reports in mind.
