We are planning to activate Single Sign-On (SSO) in our Zendesk account. According to the information provided in this article (https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/ticketing/using-the-zendesk-api/using-the-api-with-2-factor-authentication-enabled/), as long as we use the API token to connect to the Zendesk API, there shouldn't be any issues.
We have already reached out to all external services that trigger webhooks to Zendesk, and they have confirmed that they are using the API token for authentication.
Are there any additional restrictions or considerations we should be aware of before activating SSO to ensure that these API calls will continue to function properly? Or would it be safe to proceed with the activation under these conditions?
