Sunshine Conversations is an alternative way to implement the Zendesk Live Chat API. During the process, it requires account login. Despite multiple registration attempts, logging in consistently fails. Others have also tried, but they too were unable to log in after registration and could not reset their passwords either. The steps taken are as follows:
