Our org has a requirement to extract our ticket data via API and process that info on PowerBI, However when we export the data via incremental export APIs, We get the User, Organisations etc as an integer value. But when the same is being downloaded via the Zendesk UI reporting option we can see with actual User names and Organisations names.
We are looking for a way/solution for us to get this data via API with actual Names. Can this be done ? if so how can we do that ?
