Unable to close solved tickets and check Ticket History

I am unable to close tickets out in Zendesk. More so, I am unable to click on the X and it does not close out. Also, when trying to check my Ticket History for open and closed tickets, I am unable to click my name and see the tickets. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks!

That sounds like it might be a browser issue. Updating your browser is the easiest option that might solve it. If that doesn't do the trick, I would next see if you are able to click the x in an incognito browser window.
If that works, clearing your cache and cookies may fix the issue, or you may have an extension interfering. If clearing the cache doesn't help, disabling and re-enabling your extensions one by one may help you figure out what could be interfering. 

If incognito mode doesn't help, I'd try another browser to see if the same thing happens, mostly just to gather info for this next step, and then reach out to Zendesk Support with the issue description, browsers, and versions, so they can look into what could be affecting you in this way.
