Troubleshooting Klaviyo SMS integration

I set up integration with Klaviyo SMS. It works great to create the ticket as intended. But responses in the Zendesk platform are not sent to Klaviyo & don't get sent to the customer. Is there a way to fix this? Something I'm missing, or is this just a bug?

Hi Samantha! That app isn't something that we have built. You'll want to contact them directly to understand how that works and what the issue might be. From their marketplace listing, it looks like their email address is: success@klaviyo.com
