When you assign multiple groups to a user through the current API
The last group is set to the default group
Therefore, I looked up the API introduction page and found out that group membership id was used
I would like to ask you if you can specify only the default group with only group id, not without membership id.

You can set the default_group_id via the Users API, using the ID of the group you'd like to set as the default group. You can read more about the Users API at the link below:
