Reed-

Tasked with creating tickets to represent work for the next quarter, use of /api/v2/tickets/ seems appropriate.  Documentation offers clarity regarding syntax, authentication, etc.

Operation via CURL responds with

Connected to business/zendesk.com (ip address) port 443

We are completely uploaded and fine

 

Request then times out with

524 Origin Time-out  Cloudflare-nginx
