Sunshine create profile API not working as expected always

Hi

I was trying to create profile using Sunshine create profile  API what i observe is sometimes i get success e.g below

And if i do same request by just changing some value of identifier is url and in payload i get invalidPaylod error

Can you please tell me why it is giving me error or am i doing something wrong in second request ?
