We use Sunshine Conversations to connect Zendesk to our chat application. I've noticed that the messages sent/received via the Sunshine Conversations API are not listed as comments on the Zendesk tickets. They are visible in the clients (Zendesk ticket and App Chat) correctly, but for Zendesk comment purposes, these messages are not visible; they are also not visible when listing the comments of a ticket through the Zendesk API. These messages are only visible in the event/audit Zendesk logs. Is it possible to list them as ticket comments?
