We would like to send notifications to specific Slack channels whenever we update or add new articles in Zendesk Guide. For example:
Article Update!
Updated Article: [Article Name]
Updated Information: [Brief Summary]
New Article Added!
Article Name: [Article Name]
It would also be helpful to include the article link in these notifications.
We already have a Zendesk-Slack integration in place, but I couldn’t find how to set this up. Could you provide guidance on how we can achieve this?
