Slack Notifications for Updated and New Articles in Zendesk Guide

We would like to send notifications to specific Slack channels whenever we update or add new articles in Zendesk Guide. For example:

Article Update!

Updated Article: [Article Name]
Updated Information: [Brief Summary]
New Article Added!

Article Name: [Article Name]
It would also be helpful to include the article link in these notifications.

We already have a Zendesk-Slack integration in place, but I couldn’t find how to set this up. Could you provide guidance on how we can achieve this?

    Hi Cansel, if you or somebody on your team is comfortable working with APIs, you could use Zendesk webhooks with help center events to send notifications to Slack. Here's a tutorial to get started: Using webhooks with help center events. You would also need access to the Slack API to post the notifications in specific channels.
