According to events history, Message pushed to webhook was triggered but didn't send any notifications on Slack. What could be the reason for failure? Thanks!

Hi Kim! There are quite a few places along the way that something like this could go wrong. Generally speaking, we want to check the logs on our side and then if everything is successful here, we would recommend reaching out to Slack.
