Session from Classic Chat client (on our own app) closes after 1 minute of idle time

We have the chat client (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/introduction/) implemented on our own client mobile app, and the session closes after 1 minute of idle time. Any ideas on why?

Just to clarify, is it the agent session that is timing out after idle time i.e status being moved to away or invisible? Or is it an active chat that is being ended after an idle time of 1 minute?

It is the active chat that is being timed out after an idle time of 1 minute.
