I am trying to send a message from visitor to agent, but I lost how to implement.
Im using graphql(https://chat-api.zopim.com/graphql/request) and communicating with websocket. I have idea subscribing agent's message but no idea how to create a channel and start a message from visitor.
Anyone experienced with this?
