We are using search articles by label to fetch results
https://xxx.zendesk.com/api/v2/help_center/articles/search.json?reload=true&label_names=[info,alert,warning,success]
But there seems to be some issue with the results. We have added "alert" label in article and same we are using to search the article. Results comes out empty when we search it, but when we search with "Alert" keyword it starts working. We have tested it with several keyword and most of them are having this case sensitivity issue.
can anyone help with this?
