I am a c# developer and my organization is dealing with the data migration approach.

We are dealing with the standard objects, creating custom objects and fields, and inserting/updating data to the respective objects in the CRM.

I need to use the API for all the above processes and for that, I am looking for the proper documentation with the endpoints.

Can You please help me out with this?

For the custom objects, I can see the legacy(sunshine) API and v2 API.

here I am confused that which one I have to use.

I am trying to migrate to Zendesk.

I am using c# code as a backend to make the different API calls.

API calls include:

1. Standard object's field creation.

2. Custom object and field creation.

3. Creating lookups between standard and custom objects.

4. Fetching/Inserting/Updating the data with standard and custom objects.

If I am talking about custom objects, there are two types of custom objects legacy(sunshine) and EAP.

correct me if I am wrong.

I am using 14 days of the trial version now.

I just want to confirm that the custom object area, I am using is legacy or EAP.

You should receive confirmation of registration for the EAP within the next 24 hours, provided your Zendesk account meets the eligibility requirements.

Hello Tipene,

This is something weird that I am not getting any confirmation or denying(with reason) email from Zendesk even after a week from the EAP registration and that is for the custom object enable only.

Here I am eagerly waiting for the same.
