Retrieving Zendesk Knowledge Base Article Content for Zendesk Brands

Hopefully this is an easy one!  I'm looking to integrate Zendesk Knowledge Base content into a web widget utilizing the Zendesk API.  I know that we can retrieve knowledge base article content using the ZD API, but is it possible to also retrieve the same article content for knowledge bases that are set up in different Zendesk Brands KBs?  

Hoping it's the same workflow!

Hi Mike, I'm going to be the bearer of bad news here. :( It isn't possible to display content from another brand in your widget, as, for these purposes, each brand is treated as a separate Zendesk instance. You could copy the content from one brand into the other brand if you absolutely needed to access those articles. I wish I had better news here, but please let us know if you have any follow-up questions!

Hey @greg29 thanks for the quick reply!  If I wanted to build them as two separate branded widgets, I should still be able to pull each respective branded Zendesk instance's articles down through the API though, right?  I just wanted to make sure that the "Brands" aspect of Zendesk doesn't hinder my ability to retrieve article content for any one brand.
