I want to scrape some of the values from the events from our existing Zendesk tickets. I'm looking for someone who can teach me how to do this.

      Hi Patrick,
       
      The Ticket Audits API is certainly useful for this purpose, especially when there are specific tickets you're looking gather this data from.  Can you share what challenges you've experienced?
