Hi, wondering if it is at all possible to replicate SLA Metrics using data retrieved from the Zendesk Ticket Metrics APIs. Already took a stab at this and noticed a pretty big difference in my outputs for SLA Achieved/Breached in comparison to Zendesk explore.
