I have a question regarding the specifications of Zendesk's access token.
If I regenerate the oauth client's secret key, is it possible to continue using the access token I used before?

Zendesk access tokens don't expire or use refresh tokens so regenerating the secret key won't effect any existing access tokens. You can read more about that here.
