Ragarding the Custom Objects API

As per the API documentation, 'Enterprise' plan is required in order to use the Custom Objects API, link for reference - https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/custom-data/custom-objects-api/custom-objects-api/#enabling-custom-objects

However, we do have the Enterprise plan, but still not able to find the option of enabling the custom objects API.

Does it need the subscription to Zendesk Sunshine Platform as well to use this API. Please help how can we use this API.

Hello Ashish,

I'm not entirely sure if you still need Enterprise for Zendesk Sunshine & Custom Objects. I believe it's also available for the various Support Suites. Not sure if this article is still up to date:

What do you see when you go to Admin Center, and go to Objects and rules. Do you see Custom objects there? That's where you would normally enable it.

As Sebastiaan mentioned, Custom Objects are now available to all Zendesk Suite plans. This article will run you through the necessary steps to get up and running. Just note: you will need admin access in your Zendesk instance to enable Custom Objects.
