I am currently using Intercom as my support system, and using Zendesk as my Help center.
We want to switch the support to be in Zendesk, but I have a few concerns:
1. Intercom offers popup posts and banners I can place on my website - is it available here as well?
2. For people who used both systems- which is better in terms of API? meaning, if I want to record on Zendesk a certain activity from my platform ( like an item submission)- is it possible?
Overall, would love to get feedback from people who used both - so I can make a more informed decision
