Obtain some Tickets Metrics data via Zendesk API?

Hello.

Would it be possible to obtain Tickets Metrics data for archived tickets via Zendesk API? (That is because related tickets metrics data is needed for Analytics on our organization, and actually there's no known way to obtain that data).

Hi Fabian! Once a ticket has been archived, the Ticket Metrics API is one of the few endpoints which are no longer available. Are you looking for all of the available metrics in this API or are there some which are more important than others? I ask because it's possible that some of this information may be in other APIs that you can utilize instead. To be honest, it's not likely that there will be a lot of overlap, but we can give it a shot!

Hi, Greg:

Thanks for your answer. Here are the indicators that are needed by Analytics area:

  • assignee_stations
  • first_resolution_time_in_minutes.calendar
  • first_resolution_time_in_minutes.business
  • full_resolution_time_in_minutes.calendar
  • full_resolution_time_in_minutes.business

If is possible to obtain that info throught other APIs (or on another way) it would be great!

PS: Last two listed indicators are the most important

Hi Fabian, apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately, those metrics won't be surfaced anywhere else other than the Ticket Metrics API.

Hi @greg29 , is there any way that the metrics mentioned above by Fabian could become available? Or for the Ticket_metrics table to contain archived tickets or if potentially Zendesk could enable to extend the time to achieve tickets so that they can be found in the ticket metrics table?
