OAuth Unable to Get Ticket Metric Events

Hello,

We have the OAuth generated and we have the scope set to read and write. However, when we try to call to Ticket Metric Events we get a forbidden error: 

{  "error": {  "title": "Forbidden",  "message": "You do not have access to this page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help." } }

Are we suppose to impersonate an admin via OAuth to get the Ticket Metric Events? We can hit every other endpoint EXCEPT incremental ones. If so, how do we achieve this?

Hi Zackery Toth -  I assumed you are an admin of your instance but not the account owner hence getting this kind of error message. 

This is more likely a matter of access level in Zendesk. You can try to reach out to the account owner and assume his identity or ask the account owner to do this on your behalf. 

By the way account owner is an admin as well which is pretty much responsible for the billing.

Hello @jahn11,

So, in order for the OAuth account to work properly it needs to be created by the owner of the Zendesk account for the company and NOT by an admin?
