HTTP response body: {"errors":[{"code":"forbidden","title":"Invalid scope"}]}

 

Getting the above using API keys from zendesk / smooch both of those.

    Hi Sahil, I'm sorry that you're having difficulties enabling Multi Conversations. Before making the request to the Update App endpoint, you'll want to create a web type integration with the Create Integration API. If you do this and still receive the same error please let me know and I'll be happy to pull you into a ticket to better assist you.
