I am trying to develop a ticket sidebar app and I would like to have the mp3 file of the call recording when I get it from the Ticket Audits API. I need to use this mp3 file to submit as a file in another form-data api call. However, what I can only get is the binary data which I cannot use and process as an mp3 file.
