We're pulling data from our Zendesk instance using List_ticket_metric_events incremental and are missing data from between 9/29/23 and 10/11/23 and then data from 10/11/23 till now.
Also, we have an Zendesk instance that does not allow setting business hours; however there is a discrepancy between status.calendar and status.business in a bunch of the data rows.
Has anyone else had issues similar to this? Would be awesome to get some insight as to why this might be happening.
