Missing data in list_ticket_metric_events API

We're pulling data from our Zendesk instance using List_ticket_metric_events incremental and are missing data from between 9/29/23 and 10/11/23 and then data from 10/11/23 till now.

Also, we have an Zendesk instance that does not allow setting business hours; however there is a discrepancy between status.calendar and status.business in a bunch of the data rows.

Has anyone else had issues similar to this?  Would be awesome to get some insight as to why this might be happening.

Hi Konny! For something like this, I would recommend reaching out to our Advocacy team, so that they can work directly with you to see what might be causing this issue.
