I want to enable MFA as an complaince requirement for Zendesk Team users but even though the MFA is enabled it while login its not prompting for MFA. I have done SSO via Auth0 but unable to get MFA working. What could b resolution.

Hi Krish, 

Had an eye over here, and in an experience hd similar situation integrating and enabling MFA, I can remember that I used the instructions that come on the following URL, please look into it, and sure that will help you..  :)

But i am looking for enabling MFA in Zendesk portal which I am not able to.
