Hi, trying to figure out why sometimes metric sets will be sent as an empty object when requesting data via the incremental exports in the ticketing api. Seems like a random issue that I have reproduced in a non production environment by creating test tickets and then using the api to retrieve the tickets after a given unix time.
Ideally, I would like to know if there is some kind of configuration I can do on the environment to ensure the metric sets are always populated. Otherwise, if there are conditions in which would cause the metric sets to be empty, I would like to know what they are, so we can adjust our business processes accordingly.
